If you’re looking for a refresher heading into the new year, it might be time to revisit the High Lift Series from Satin Hair Color. Our low ammonia, High Lift colors can be used to lift up to 5 levels while neutralizing warm tones. They can also be used as toners on pre-lightened hair. Satin HLV is violet based to neutralize yellow tones, Satin HLA is ash based to neutralize yellow/orange tones, and Satin HLB is blue based to neutralize orange tones.
DIFFERENT THAN BLEACH
Often referred to as the strongest hair colors in a brand’s palette, high lift colors differ from bleach because they allow hairdressers the maximum amount of lightening power in addition to tonal deposit. Although high lift colors have much stronger lifting agents than bleach or semi-permanent hair color, the truth is they are actually less damaging when used correctly. High Lift colors are a great choice for lighter balayage and ombre results.
WHEN TO USE
If you’re looking to lighten up those warm hair tones on pre-lightened hair with a less lengthy and less damaging process than bleach, Satin High Lift hair colors are an ideal alternative. Tone unwanted warm tones or create beautiful artic blondes.
MIXING RATIO
Use with 40 volume developer 1:2 (one part color 2 parts developer). Process for 45 minutes to achieve blonde results on *natural levels 6 and above*. The developer, in pairing with the ammonia, works to open the hair cuticle and allow for the color to be lifted while color pigment is deposited.
SHINE POWER
The superpower of Satin High Lift tints is that it can also be used as a gloss! Satin High Lift CL is a clear gloss designed to add shine and luster in between hair color applications. Our innovative formula features an Aloe Vera base that helps moisturize and condition the hair while soothing properties help reduce scalp irritation and protect the cuticle.
