Jennifer Love Hewitt isn’t shy about her love of holidays—and not just the winter ones. She’s currently in full-blown Halloween mode, and anyone who follows the 9-1-1 actor’s Instagram knows she loves any opportunity to celebrate and decorate accordingly. And based on her latest little tattoo, it looks like decorating for the holidays includes her skin.
Hewitt is nearly as big a fan of delicate tattoos as she is of holidays, and her latest ink combines those two loves. She revealed on her Instagram stories, via a photo posted by her tattoo artist, Victoria Do, that she got the most adorable little spooky character on what appears to be the area right above the inner crease of her elbow. Yep, she loves Halloween so much that she’s happy to have a little reminder of it all year round.
The tattoo shows a friendly jack-o-lantern-headed little dude wearing a jacket, scarf, and boots, and holding a steaming cup of coffee. The design, which truly captures a fondness for all things fall, is based on art by John Brhel, AKA Spooky Shake Studios. Bhrel was so thrilled with the tattoo, that he posted it on his Instagram grid, too, writing, “OMG! So excited to share that @jenniferlovehewitt got my pumpkin spice drinking buddy tattooed on her arm! She was so sweet about asking and sending along the finished photo! And such great work from tattoo artist @victoriado! Wow! So cool to know my art is on a spooky icon! Yay!”
